virtual/lapack: Add an explicit dep on blas-lapack-aux-wrappers
Since sci-libs/blas-lapack-aux-wrappers are merely a PDEPEND
of sci-libs/flexiblas (due to circularity), add it an explicit RDEPEND
of the virtual as well, in order to enforce correct merge order.
