games-emulation/pcsx2: drop todo comment
Well, it actually did change to (still masked) 6.10.0 from 6.7.3, so
I guess that this tendency hasn't changed.
Fortunately it hasn't dropped the condition that searches for
GuiPrivate only when Qt 6.10+, meaning that it should still work with
6.9.x (haven't tried giving using 6.10). If it does, we could add a
lower bound to simplify but hopefully only after 6.10.1 is released.
