app-backup/burp: prevent OpenRC init stript from writing the PID file

Burp manages its PID file by itself and refuses to start if it already exists,
therefore start-stop-daemon shouldn't write one.

Gentoo-Bug: 620654

Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.5, Repoman-2.3.1
