sys-firmware/seabios: restore bios.bin

Gentoo was not able to build bios.bin (of 128k size)
for a while. This change disables modern ACPI_PARSE (mmio),
AHCI and NVME drivers to fit into 128K.

Newer bios is unchanged and is still 256K with all the features.

Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/780399
Package-Manager: Portage-3.0.18, Repoman-3.0.3
