profiles: mask Qt6-only games-emulation/pcsx2 versions Would prefer adding to the main Qt6 mask so it's unmasked together, but users will likely be confused without a custom mask message to explain what to do if want to keep using new 1.7.x or 9999 (9999 is known to have many users for this package).
