Just an addition to Jason's comments:
I guess we're all grown people here, or almost there ;), so I guess
there is no need for childlish arguing and such. I mean there will be
missunderstandings, conflicts, fights and so on, but there is a very
dignified way of doing these things. After all you don't want to come
of as an ass to the rest of the group, do you? Of course state your
opinion tell it the way you feel, but leave it open for discussion and
for other people to come in with their opinion. After all it is an open
community and everybody is welcome in, so we should try the best to keep
it running smoothly and have more relaxed and ejoyable working/playing
enviroment.
