Well, I already have this problem since I first tried kernel-2.6
(-test5) or so. Now that 2.6-final is out, the problem still exists:

I don't have a blinking cursor on text-terminals tty2 - tty6 (tty7 is
X), only on tty1. I tried to enable it with "setterm -cursor on" but no
cursor appears.

Since it was reccomended to enable "VGA-Text-Console" in the
-test-kernels I tried it without it now. The kernel starts fine, but I
still have no cursor - except on tty1 like it was always. The cursors in
the various X-Terminals work fine.

Is anybody else experiencing this "problem" and has anybody found a
solution for it ?

Thanks in advance
beejay
