If anyone updated their CVS (or rsync) to portage-2.0.51-r14 between the hours of 06:00 UTC and 08:45 UTC, then you need up update cvs/rsync and merge portage again.
Repoman may consider your overlay when calculating keyword problems, and thus make mistakes. Update, and all will be well. This is the only bug at this point. --NJ
