Yes, the bylaws are very well written and it is apparent that a great deal of 
work has been put into them, but they should go through some more serious 
review by people who are well experienced in the workings of the exact kind of 
foundation you are structuring. 

I do not know what assumptions underly these bylaws since I allways work within 
the swedish framework known as a "förening" which isn't exactly a foundation. 
However, when I have read the bylaws I get a gut feeling that there are holes 
in them large enough to install a major M$ application suite into. And it would 
really be a pitty for Gentoo to go bad just because noone got the bylaws 
written down correctly.
