I look in ${PORTDIR}/profiles/base/packages

Why there are
sys-apps/man
sys-apps/man-pages
sys-devel/bc
in system profile!?

As described in
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/releng/docs/cascading-profiles.xml
"The Base Profile.
It describes an implementation agnostic minimal *nix system."

Can anyone make great thing?
Describe each line in this file :-)
