Hi,to completely apply the portrait screen orientation to my tff display i usually run a little script (attached) as standart user. Yesterday i build a hardware display orientation sensor connected via parallel port. I wrote a little c program for polling the state. This has to be run as root!
Does anybody know how to realize the same task as the script - but from a root console?
