We are very close to completely PMASKing Qt5 and any remaining revdeps.
Ignoring integration, which is obsolete by masking the thing to integrate,
libraries' (USE=)qt5 support that likewise is stripped of consumers, already
pending stabilisation and cleanup requests, and Qt5 itself, the remaining list
of stragglers was whittled down to this:

# Application features depending on Qt5.
app-admin/testdisk[gui]
dev-libs/lager[test]
dev-libs/uriparser[qt5]
dev-python/libsass[test]
<media-video/vlc-4[gui]
net-print/hplip[qt5]

# PyQt5 and revdeps.
dev-python/pyqt5
dev-python/pyqt5-sip
net-wireless/gnuradio[qt5]

# Packages depending on Qt5.
app-admin/keepassxc
app-editors/qxmledit
app-office/onlyoffice-bin
app-text/master-pdf-editor
net-irc/quassel
net-misc/x2goclient
net-p2p/retroshare
x11-misc/projecteur
x11-misc/qt5ct

# Package group depending on Qt5.
games-engines/solarus
games-misc/solarus-quest-editor
games-rpg/zsdx
games-rpg/zsxd

We will not wait for these much longer. [1]
