[gentoo-dev] [SoC] yet another proposal

I'd like to have something along the line of wubi/debian.exe possibly a 
little smarter (get the network configuration from the windows setup, 
automatically import the users and the users' home if possible)

Do you think that would be a good SoC project?
What about having the same thing for macosx?
