merging is a good idea. getting away from "ghostscript" is good. i might
suggest expanding "ps" to "postscript" though as "ps" is a bit generic ...

well, I admit I was sort of trying take the shorter road (less to rename :-)
so yeah, USE="postscript" it shall be unless someone objects...
