  Removed:              handbook.xml
  Log:
  remove stale ancient useless file. and don't get pissy about redirects. the 
old handbook.xml is 4 years out of date, and doesn't list a few of our arches 
for which we have handbooks, like PPC64. it needs to go. it's not linked 
anywhere.
