Why?
I found the solution, (of sorts). It seems that I needed to copy over
some scripts from the udhcp tarball into the embedded system for it to
function.
the scripts are sample.* in the tarball and they're to be copied into
the embedded's filesystem. (I copied it into /etc/udhcpc and edited
sample.script to reflect that change)
Now, udhcpc will get the IP and the routes and DNS.
It would be wonderful if you could provide the exact steps you took so that
Heath can update his document with this. Heath, any particular format
you prefer?
