I guess dev-lang/perl-5.10.0 is pulled in by virtual/perl-Term-ANSIColor-1.12,
which depends on "|| ( ~dev-lang/perl-5.10.0 ~perl-core/Term-ANSIColor-${PV} )".
Both are not visible for you, the first one doesnot exist, the second
has no arm keyword.
