I'm sorry to hear that you have no had a reply for quite some time. Occasionally messages slip through the cracks for the Gentoo infrastructure team and it may take us a while to respond. The primary person responsible for managing mirrors has taken a leave of absence from Gentoo, so I will be filling in their place.
