[gentoo-server] mysql upgrade from 4.0.x to 4.1.x or 5.x.x

Hi all,

Is there anything which could break by upgrading (and following the standard 
gentoo upgrade guide) from 4.0.x to either 4.1.x or 5.x.x ?
(php scripts for example ?)
