I've installed tomcat with "emerge tomcat".
So I figured out, that I've two places for settings:

MANIFEST.MF jk2.manifest logging.properties
tomcat-jk2.manifest workers.properties
catalina.policy jk2.properties server-minimal.xml
tomcat-users.xml workers.properties.minimal
catalina.properties jkconf.ant.xml server.xml
uriworkermap.properties workers2.properties
--- SNAP ---
And:

# ls /etc/tomcat-5.5/

So I'm very confused. Why there are double? Can I delete one of both?
