And try to find a decent ISP. An ISP that imposes proxies is not very 
desirable. Those proxies generally tend to become huge bottlenecks on the way 
to the internet where they are supposed to increase speed. If they do 
increase speed (and external bandwidth need for which ISP's apply proxies) 
then they need not be imposed on the customers, only made to their attention.
