...possibly. linux doesn't actually "mount" audio cds since the filesystem being used isn't really "normal". here's what i had to do to get xmms playing audio cds: make sure your system sees your cdrom, and then edit fstab to recognise a mount dir for your cdrom: /dev/cdroms/cdrom0 /mnt/cdrom autio ro,user,noauto,exec 0 0 open xmms and select "add > dir" from the playlist menu. select /mnt/cdrom as the target dir that's it that's all. -- i'd rather die on my feet then live my life on my knees - emiliano Zapata -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
