Hi all, I just got myself a new computer and gleefully installed Gentoo 1.4_rc3 on it . I'm just trying to get the ALSA sound drivers to work for that machine - it's got an nforce motherboard with onboard sound. I searched around on the forums and found out that i had to build the alsa drivers for the intel8x0 chipset. they build alright but when I try and insmod the snd-intel8x0 module i get tons of unresolved symbols -- Aniruddha Shankar Bangalore, India
