[gentoo-user] Portage package see-sawing

[MAL]

I'm still getting packages see-sawing, that is, wanting to upgrade, then 
when I do, wanting to downgrade again.

This time it's:

[ebuild    U ] x11-misc/shared-mime-info-0.9 [0.7]

and after upgrade:

[ebuild    UD] x11-misc/shared-mime-info-0.7 [0.9]

What's causing this?
