I don't know if this is what you want to do, but the 0.12 version of the giFT-cvs ebuild can connect to OpenFT, Gnutella and Kazaa simultaneously. I find it very nifty.
There are a couple clients available for giFT, but I've found giFTcurs to be the best for me. I've heard giFToxic also works(a gtk2 frontend). If you want to try this: #ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge gift-cvs giFTcurs Then as a regular user run: $giFT-setup //There are a lot of questions, you can leave almost all of them alone except: -For the first question make sure to enter "1" so giFT will start -IMPORTANT: For plugins, enter "OpenFT:Gnutella:/usr/lib/giFT/FastTrack.so" -make note of your completed download directory. once you have that setup, run in a terminal: $giFT & $giFTcurs and have fun. it will take a couple seconds to connect. Good luck! Brian On Mon, 2003-06-09 at 23:40, bryce wrote: > I thought i read on here( in another topic) about someone getting kazaa to > work.
