Here is what is in my config:

TLSCertificateFile      /etc/openldap/openldap.pem
TLSCertificateKeyFile   /etc/openldap/openldap.pem
TLSCACertificateFile    /etc/openldap/openldap.pem

openldap.pem was created using openssl.

You really have /ect directory on your sytem?
