Is yours really in > /usr/bin/bittorrent/ ? > No it is /usr/bin I miss typed my step 1). My real problem seemed to be I had %s not '%s' and the file was not of mime type x-bittorrent. I can start downloading torrent files form bittorrent's home page but not the file I was originally having problems with.
