I saw the following in /etc/vim/vimrc today when I was doing an etc-update:

See the following for more information: " http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/xml/gentoo-howto.xml The URL is incorrect (it should be ^en/xml/^en/ :), but besides the point is the federally mandated thing a joke? Or is there some truth behind that?
