Hello: I've been reading all kinds of forums on this issue, but so far have yet to find anything resembling a simple howto.
I'm running xfree 4.3.0-r2, gimp 1.3.15, and xft 2.0.1. None of the howto's or forums seem to be conclusive - leaving me feeling unsure of which method to implement. Can anyone offer some feedback on which method worked best for them? My objective is to be able to insert hebrew/aribic characters into graphics. Any help would be extremely appreciated.
