I get that all the time - it's probably nothing to worry about. If you look at _all_ the output instead of just the end you'll probably see what the problem is. rsync starts by listing all the files it's going to backup. Then when it gets to actually do them, they may no longer be there to be backed up. If you're emerging at the time, ccache files do this disappearing act, as do cache files for Pan newsreader.
