Nvidia plays with Xinerama using it's proprietary technology called Twinview. 
You will have to add a couple of lines to XF86Config.

Under the Driver section (device="nvidia") you will need to add

Option TwinView "enabled"

There are a few other options you will need to add - they are too "setup 
specific" for me to go over all of them. The readme for the nvidia driver is 
located in /usr/share/doc/nvidia-glx-1.0.4496/README.gz. Check Appendix I for 
all the instuctions on setting this up. Make sure you include everything it 
tells you for this to work correctly.
