I'm trying to get the program Charmm to work. On a
debian install it works flawlessly if you provide some lib files.
If I do the same on Gentoo I get: Bus
Error.
I tried changing the kernel configuration (I
enabled Unix86pty and stuff), copying the various debian libs to Gentoo but to
no avail.
Does anyone have any experience with this program
on this particular linux flavor?
