Well, a dual Athlon 2800+ with lots of memory (though the disk is probably slower than it needs to be -- promise raid in mirror config for redundancy)
should probably outrun your 650... I would hope so or I want my money back :-)
Is probably louder than your celery too -- replaced two of the fans with Vantec Tornado fans (84 cfm and noisy)... Luckily it will be installed in a rack in a computer room once it is all configured.
