You haven't updated in a while, have you? perl assimilated the functionality 
of ExtUtils-MakeMaker into itself. Thus, the two packages provide the same 
files. If you just unmerge ExtUtils-MakeMaker nothing will break after perl 
is updated too and the blocker will be gone.
