No, it's someone trying to exploit Microsoft IIS. Very likely to be an
automated thing, probably an infected Windows box that stiiiiill hasn't
been cleaned up.
I didn't mean to say apache.. i just meant my http server in general,
because obviously those were meant for a windows box.
