Recently I've updated several use flags so I thought I would just have my gentoo box rebuild itself using "emerge --update world --emptytree --verbose - --deep" Emerge says theres 402 packages to rebuild, and promptlt starts, at package 42 (portage) it starts over again, and at 42 it starts over yet again. Everytime it emerges portage it starts over. I would like to finish recompiling everything.
