Afer trying every kernel from 2.4.22 to 2.4.24 there was no improvement everyone has the sam problem. So i re-emerged my old 2.4.20-r7 and everything was back like it should.
My memory stay low, but i got that security problem. glad i have a good hardware firewall. So now its time to find some good information about 2.6.
