Hi, After playing Savage for about an hour my Radeon 9000 card will develop some sort of static on the screen. This will quite quickly get worse until picture is unusable. Normally after leaving it for an hour or so this fixes itself... The static only happens in the game (also in UT2003 - probably related to the settings the games use for 3D?) and returning to xfree makes the display perfectly clear.
I'm using the ATI drivers version 3.7.0 as I can't make the game work with the generic kernel/xfree combination. Also, I'm using kernel 2.6.2, but have had the problem using kernel 2.4.x's too. Does anyone have a solution, or at least have seen the problem? Cheers, -- Tom Wesley
