Hi, I am looking for the best university to study. I am interested in security ,networks and open-source solution & mind. I've heard that the leader of Debian project is studying in cambridge. He is majoring... something like... 'the way to manage open-source based project...' Me is also like to study that or networks.. for my masters & PhD.
