You need an additional patch for the kernel to get R/W UDF support... It's referred to as "packet writing"... try this out for more info: http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Packet_Writing_on_CD-RW
does anyone know if this is capatible with the directCD's made with Adaptec's windows software?
I can already hear the answer of No.. so I will preempt and ask: if not, does anyone know of a way to use directCD's under Linux without resorting to vmware+windows+directcd ?
