This is not what I mean...  I'll explain by steps

1... GRUB loads and shows a list of available installed OS 
2... I select Gentoo Linux OS  and then before framebuffer background
appears it shows a list of messages (IN TEXT MODE) like :

  Loading Initrd... loading Kernel, etc

3... Then finally framebuffer background appears

Now the step 2 is my problem

Well, if you want to leave your configuration (with the progress bar), 
but see the messages in a particular session, you can hit F2 like the 
text above the progress bar should say.

If you want to change your configuration (so you always see the boot 
messages displayed over the lovely framebuffer background), change the 
option

splash=silent

to

splash=verbose

in your grub.conf.
