antoine, if your GENTOO_MIRRORS was set by mirrorselect then it may have mistakenly included ipv6 mirros that aren't really available to you. I recommend commenting out that line and seeing if the default settings work.
if you want a close mirror discuss it with other gentooers who are physically/networked close to you.
