I even tried to create a new profile, by doing this: $thunderbird-bin -P
and nothing really happens.
My ~/.thunderbird/* seems to have all my email, account information and the pref.js file.
Any idea what I must do to get all my email back?

I've had a similar problem before seems like I had to click on that folder and then remove some ? marks.
