No, but it is in the BreakMyGentoo tree, which you can use as an overlay, so it would still be known to and managed by Portage, and (hopefully) all the dependencies would also be available from that tree.
Naturally, these are highly unstable packages, but for limited use, you might be able to get away with it, if you really need this version that badly and can't wait until it moves into main Portage.
