^^^^Always use -v with emerge to see which use flags are enabled. There might be something installed -gtk which should maybe have an entry in /etc/portage/package.use to enable it. Be sure you have emerge --sync'd your box recently. As someone else mentioned in this thread, perform an emerge -auvD world. Follow that up with revdep-rebuild and then try the installation again. -- Sami Samhuri
