Any suggestions? I get this as part of an `emerge -u world`

System is a Duron 1300 installed from a stage 3 two or three months ago. I was running with -j5 & distcc, but reset those as shown in `emerge info` below to reproduce. Remerging now with CCACHE disabled.

I refuse to believe the problem might be bad memory, as I'm a stubborn bugger & this machine has been up & running for some weeks, compiling everything else with no problems.
