phew, that's too much for me ;-) .
This is concerning ALSA sequencer, and I'd recommend to join
the ALSA user mailing list or the linux audio user
mailinglist.
AFAIK, asoundrc does not contain any section about user
priviledges, but maybe I'm wrong.
