Hi,

I have the same problem. I am using a Nvidia Geforce 4 for TV-out on one box. 
According to the forums 
(http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-230451-highlight-blue+border+video+nvidia.html)
 
you can issue this: 

/usr/bin/xvattr -a XV_COLORKEY -v 66048

Havenīt tested it my self as I am to lazy :).
