I'm trying to use pptpclient-1.6.0. On its home page it says I need MPPE support in the kernel and PPPD. For PPPD it was easy, a nice little USE flag. As far as MPPE support, it says that if I modprobe ppp-compress-18 and that works, I should be all set.
However I get: Fatal: Module ppp_mppe_mppc not found. I dug around in the kernel config and couldn't find anything even close to this. Any ideas? Or perhaps the docs are out of date now? -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
