Thanks Zac, but I've not got USE=savedconfig set. The ebuild's IUSE=savedconfig, though - and the "if use..." line above is included. I've tried setting and unsetting it - no diff. Any other advice gratefully received! Bogo -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
